Congratulations, Kameron Hauck, of Estelline/Hendricks on being named this week’s Riddell Player of the Week for 9 Man Football. "Kameron is a team captain and a true leader who consistently puts his team before himself. He competed for the starting quarterback position without ever becoming selfish or resentful toward his competition. Instead, he was his teammate’s biggest supporter. After earning the starting job, Kameron battled through injury and eventually returned to lead his team to the playoffs. This season, he willingly moved from quarterback to wide receiver simply because, in his words, “I’ll play wherever I can help the team most.” In his first game at his new position, Kameron touched the ball just four times and scored three touchdowns while also leading his team with seven tackles on defense. Kameron’s toughness, determination, selflessness and commitment to putting his team first are exactly what the Riddell Player of the Week program is designed to recognize." Congratulations to Kameron Hauck and the Estelline/Hendricks Redhawks!
