Redhawk activities for the week of September 22-27. Go Redhawks!

September 22: Monday's cross country meet at Deuel will now begin at 1:00PM. It will be a road race beginning at the track, heading out toward the lake, and finishing back at the track. The entire route will be gravel. For safety, the road will be closed to traffic, but please note that this will limit spectator access.

Monday, September 22nd, JV football game has been cancelled due to injuries for GPL. JH will still be playing at 4:00 in Estelline vs CE.

This is a reminder that all students will be dismissed at NOON this Friday, September 12th for our monthly staff professional development. (Elementary students will be released at 11:55 am. )

JH's football game vs Colman Egan has been moved to Monday, September 22nd at 4:00PM in Estelline instead of before the varsity game on September 26.

In August, our DVC leadership team met up with 72 other student leaders from across the conference. Together, they created our very first DVC Sportsmanship Code, which will be read before every home game to help promote respect and good sportsmanship. They also took part in five breakout sessions focused on important topics like: 1. Current Issues in High School Sports 2. What Athletes Wish They Could Say to Coaches and Parents 3. Building Positive Fan Sections 4. Leadership Beyond the Scoreboard 5. Social Media & Sportsmanship The goal was for each student to bring back ideas on how to lead with courage and positivity in their schools. Keep an eye out for these student leaders throughout the year as they help lead the way at Estelline and Hendricks!
